radical!

Nice animation! Love the big hat on the main character in this. Great sound quality too. On all the David Firth comments - I think it's just a coincidence people are even picking up on that because it's not like he invented this particular style (I don't think even Tim Burten invented it, though he did make it sort of famous). Anyway great flash. Keep up the good work!

Thank you very much, and I'm very glad that people are bringing back rad, radical, radicious, radish et cetera. keep it rad man.

nice tutorial!

Glad I checked this out. I'm still in the process of making a first submission to here so wow... Now I know what not to say in the author's comments. (i.e. "This is my first submission....") Had no idea people would blam you for that. What if the movie was really good anyway? Well, I'm glad you took the time to make a movie like this. Seems to be alot of good pointers in there. If you do a sequel maybe give a suggestion for movie length. What's too long? What's too short? Should a movie always have a plot or a point? Maybe tips on sound quality, and so on. Or do people even care about that? Hmm... Well your toon does raise alot of questions. Good work!

I'm glad you were able to use this flash. I might not produce another flash about "flash," for a while. Sorry it took so long for me to respond to your review. College has been pretty intense this semester.

beautiful!

Though no voices in this, it didn't need voices. The story was conveyed beautifully without it. The animation was great. Nice colorization. Nice short story. Great job. Keep up the good work!

nice animation!

I have to agree with zenbunny's review. Nice and smooth animation! Great job! But why no voice in here? Would be so much better with a voice added. The top menu was a nice touch. Keep up the good work!

nice animation!

Loved the animation and music in this. Frame by frame animation... wow! Hard stuff. Good work! On the political viewpoint of it... um... well this kind of thing is going to stir up support from one side and probably rip roaring laughter from the other. So for humor it gets a 10 from me. (Bikes indeed! lol!) Over all, great work.

amazing!

Always loved the style of this artist. Not sure how to rate the humor part though. It's like, more of a dark humor I guess and doesn't really count as traditional humor but that's good and overall I think it deserves a 10. Though if there were a 2nd humor rating, like dark humor, that would get 10 too, but I think the author was going for more the weirdness and the gloomy type mood, and all that and this was just great! It's kind of hard to vote accurately on a David Firth toon though as I've already been exposed to his other work, so I'm kind of leaning the vote strictly on that (i.e. violence wasn't nearly as high as some other toons he did - which is okay, but that's why I gave it a 7 violence-wise). Still great work as usual. Love this style and the voices and everything! Keep up the good work!

interesting concept

I.... Isn't asking for a 5 vote sort of breaking the rules? Interesting idea. I thought the little 5 ducky song was funny - so that part's worth a 5 anyway. You could have gone to more of an extreme and did a longer movie, just to over do the 5 concept. And even funnier would have been if you got a pic of the chef from Sesame Street who rambles off a number and then falls down the steps with his cakes (i.e. "5 double cream filled fruit pies!.... splat!") So if you do a remake or (god no) a sequel, maybe try that. Good try though. I'm surprised it's on the front page. lol.

impressive animation

Very impressive animation in this. Makes me almost wonder if it was done with a 3D program, otherwise if not even more impressive, especially the camera turning in the trees. I love it. Beautiful animation. Keep up the good work!

Great One!

Not sure if I saw this first on newgrounds or the author's website but a definate keeper and a classic. Love the art style especially as well as the humor. Keep up the good work!

a riot!

The colonel's interruptions were a riot and just when you think the joke ends there this thing goes and ends with a Mexican birthday party I laughed tears and about died of laughter. Too funny! Great job! Keep up the good work.
